The client emphasizes on quality assurance in its product line. This requires the client to keep educating the employees in new engineering solutions. This was done using manual processes using Excel worksheets and emails.
The client required a ‘Training website’ that would be role based, where employees could enroll themselves into the required courses. The courses would have specific number of seats. The employees would be able to view the course description, duration, location, the trainer’s contact details and the available seats for the course.
In addition, the client also needed a portal that would track the time taken by employees on support /engineering activities.
